After unbelievable opening weekend, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani has set a new record of first Monday Box Office Collections. The film collected a huge 13 crore net which is a record. No film has done such business on Monday which is a working day after a weekend.
This record is difficult to break because for this kind of record, not just a huge star power but an excellent public response is also needed. Ranbir Kapoor is currently the second biggest star in the industry after Salman Khan in terms of Box Office collections. However, it is quite early to compare Ranbir with the Khans. Ranbir has to deliver such big hits continuously in next couple of years.
The total of first four days of YJHD stands at Rs. 75.11 crore. The film will easily cross the 100 crore mark at the end of this week. The lifetime of YJHD will be huge. We can expect something closer to 150 crore.
