Asin has signed Umesh Shukla's next movie opposite Abhishek Bachchan. Apparently, both of them played siblings in Rohit Shetty's 'Bol Bachchan' last year. Co-incidentally, Abhishek's wife Aishwarya also starred opposite Shahrukh Khan in many movies after playing siblings in Mansoor Khan's 'Josh'. Umesh Shukla rose to fame after the runaway success of his last directorial venture 'OMG - Oh My God'. The film went on to become one of the biggest hits of the year and bagged many awards.
Asin has been very selective since her debut in 2008 with 'Ghajini'. Abhishek will be seen in a lead role after a very long time as his last 2 movies 'Players' and 'Bol Bachchan' were multi-starres. His next few movies - 'Dhoom3' with Aamir Khan and 'Happy New Year' with Shahrukh Khan will also have him playing a supporting role. Shukla's film will be co-produced by T Series Head Honcho Bhushan Kumar along with Shyam Bajaj and this time too it will have a social message attached to it.
