Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani performed really well in the first week. The film made several records. Even the weekdays were rock steady. The film managed to break the records of films like Dabangg 2 and Bodyguard without even a single holiday.

YJHD managed to cross 100 crore mark in 7 days which is the third fastest after Ek Tha Tiger and Dabangg 2 according to the official collections. However, this is the fastest 100 crore by any movie in a non-holiday, non-festive period.
The film will put good collections in the second week too. A healthy lifetime total is expected. The final verdict of the film will be Blockbuster and if collections came strongly in the second and third week too, than we can expect an All Time Blockbuster.
