UK Poll : Amitabh Greatest Indian Actor!

Celebrating the 100th anniversary of Indian cinema, an online poll was conducted in the United Kingdom, which is supposed to be the 2nd most bollywood loving country after India, siting to find the greatest Bollywood actors to have worked in its hundred year history. Amitabh Bachchan, the legend who has worked in Bollywood for over four decades has been chosen by the audience of UK as the greatest bollywood actor there is and there has been.

Dilip Kumar, another veteran, came in 2nd position on the list and country's favourite star, Shah Rukh Khan came in third or was the third greatest superstar India  or rather Bollywood has seen. Coincidently, the three legends of our cinematic history were recently photographed together to pose on the cover of Filmfare, a prominent bollywood magazine, which was also celebrating the same thing.

Other notable stars
to make it to the list were, the boxoffice ruler of today, Salman Khan(11), whereas Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan came in at the 14th position. The others who made it to the top 10 included names like Raj Kapoor (5), Nargis (6), Dev Anand (7), Waheeda Rehman (8), Rajesh Khanna (9) and Sridevi (10).
 Madhuri Dixit, by the way, came 4th on the list, making her the greatest actress ever. A guess if you talk of our present era, few would doubt that too!
