After Guzarish (2010), the actress seems to make a comeback again with his favorite Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Aishwarya Rai was last seen in the drama-romantic film, 'Guzaarish' opposite Hrithik Roshan. In the movie, the former Miss World played the role of Sofia D'Souza who is his (Hrithik's) nurse, and has been so for the past twelve years.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan faced many reactions about her gained weight post pregnancy. However, the lady knew she would be back in place in no time.
Now that baby Aaradhya is 2 years old, mummy Bachchan wants to resume acting in Bollywood. And if the feathered birds come true, the actress will be making a come-back with an item number in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming directorial venture 'Ram Leela' starring superstar in the making Ranveer Singh and the damsel Deepika Padukone. According to sources, Bhansali has approached Mrs. Bachchan for the same.
Earlier, items songs were not given much essence in the films. The international star Aishwarya changed the trend of item songs and gave a blockbuster performance on 'Kajra Re' in the film 'Bunty Aur Babli'. The actress left both the audiences as well as critics flabbergasted by her overwhelming and wondrous moves alongside both the Bachchans. The song is an iconic dance number till date. After Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, many actresses tried their hands at dance numbers. Some of them were a great success too while others fell apart.
